How Coaching is delivered: Coaching is conducted one-on-one, so it's private and confidential. Depending on your needs, we may meet every week or every other week via Zoom. Once per quarter, we will meet face to face on a one-day Adventure, where the virtual campfire will become a REAL campfire as we use the peace and tranquility of the outdoors to dig into deeper coaching issues.
